Geek Squad Solution Central~ A service you should take advantage of

          Best Buy has a new service from Geek Squad, called "Geek Squad Solution Central.  This is a free service.  If you have ever bought an electronic device from Best Buy, then I know you are aware of what Geek Squad is.  These so called "Nerds" have been the life line for so many of us with our our need for support with our device(s).  You know that Geek Squad is located at the front of the Best Buy store.  Ours is on the right as you walk into the store.  They are always dressed in white short sleeve shirts, black ties and black pants.  When I purchased my first laptop from Best Buy, they were always there to answer any questions I had.

          Now I am about ready to purchase my 3rd laptop from them.  While in the store, I noticed that in the middle of the store were stationed a few of the employees from Geek Squad.  There is a table with chairs and a computer.   I later found out that this new area is called Geek Squad Solution Central.  I made an appointment to have a 1:1 15 minute consultation with them.  I met with Zack.  Everyone knows or should know by now that my current laptop is in need of purchasing several parts to get it up and running.  I wanted to see if they agreed with me that it would be in my best interest to just be done with it and purchase a new one.  Now you are probably saying he works for the store so he would suggest getting a new one.  It was not like that at all.  He was a wealth of information.  He was like a sounding board for me to ask questions.  These are the services you can get from

Geek Squad Solution Central:

• 1:1 15 minute consultation~ Where they can help you customize your devise set up, show you hot to stream live shows on your gaming console or tablet, hook you up with using Cloud and so much more
• Technology Debriefing 30 minute class~  Their classes span over multiple categories and cover a broad range of topics including Windows 8, What's new with Apps, Different Operating Systems  How to watch TV on your phone.  They will continually build out an expansive library of classes and content to meet  their customers needs and interest.
• WOW(Walk Out Working)  Walk out working are "in the moment", custom product set-ups offered before you leave the store with your new device, with the option to schedule appointment times at a later date.  WOW is offered across multiple categories including mobile, computing, tablets, gaming and digital camera.  The appointment can range from rapid, quick fire set ups to elongated, more detailed set ups, depending on the customer needs.

I just loved this new service they are offering and I really think you owe it to yourself to take advantage of this service
